House Rules

Check-In Time: 2:00pm

Guests must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to check in. Guests must present a valid photo ID (drivers license, passport, etc...) at check in.
Cash and card are accepted but personal cheques are not. Full payment must be settled at check-in.
A TT$300 refundable security deposit is required at check in for damages and incidentals.
Early check-in is only available upon request.

Check-Out Time: 12 noon

Check out at the Front Desk so that the room can be cleaned by housekeeping. Present key upon exit.
The TT$300 deposit will be returned at check-out.

Guest Registration

Valid contact information must be presented when making reservations:
First and last name, address, phone number, a scan of ID and signature. The names of all guests occupying the room must be registered.
Each room is designed to accommodate up to two (2) adult guests.

Room Cleaning

Rooms are cleaned prior to arrival and upon checkout. If a guest booking is for more than 5 days, cleaning will be every 3 days. For assistance outside of these parameters, guests can request a cleaning for a fee.

Towels and Sheets

In the interests of our environment, we recommend guests reuse towels and sheets to conserve energy. In the event towels do need changing, please make a request.

Access to the room by Employees of Hololo Haven

To guarantee our guests a clean, safe and tranquil environment, we reserve the right to access rooms in order to clean, maintain, check the condition of furniture and appliances in them or to prevent a violation of Hololo Haven’s rules, policies and regulations.
Management reserves the right to access rooms in case of an emergency, suspicious behavior, damaged inventory or violation of hotel’s internal regulations.

Smoking and Cleanliness Guidelines

Smoking in the rooms and all indoor areas is strictly prohibited, including the balconies of rooms.
Please respect your surroundings and the environment. No littering.

Guest Belongings

Please do not leave valuables unsecured in your room. Guests are required to lock the door when leaving and going to bed. Management will not be responsible for any loss or damage to guests’ property or belongings. Loss of a room key is subject to an extra charge of USD$20 or TT$140.

Pets

Pets are not allowed on the property. Exceptions can be made for Service Animals.

Laundry

Laundry Service is available at a cost ($70TT to wash and dry per load). Please check with Reception for price and scheduling access to washer and dryer.

Hazardous Goods

Bringing and storing combustible or hazardous items is strictly prohibited. The Guest shall be solely liable and responsible to the Management, its other guests, visitors, employees, etc.; for all loss - financial or otherwise and damage that may be caused by such dangerous or flammable items or as a result of the Guests’ own negligence and non-observance of Hololo Haven’s Rules and Regulations.
Gambling, contraband, prostitution, weapons, explosives, flammable objects, poisons, drugs, animals and pungent food are strictly prohibited on the hotel premises.

Pool Rules

Please note, you are using the pool at your own risk. There is no lifeguard on duty and Hololo Haven is not liable for accidents or injury.
The pool closes strictly at 9pm and no loud music is allowed at anytime.

Damage to Property

The Guest will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the hotel property, including the room occupied and its contents, caused by themselves, their guests or any person present for whom they are responsible.

Soliciting

No soliciting allowed on the premises. The premises shall be used and occupied by confirmed guests as a private residential dwelling, and no part of the premises shall be used at any time for the purpose of carrying on any business, profession, or trade of any kind, or for any purpose other than as a private residential dwelling.
Guests shall not allow any non-registered guests to use or occupy the premises without first obtaining consent to such use.
